Obviously it's not going to be an easy achievement. I'm sure the richest user probably mass buys cash items and sells them off. Those cash shop credit gift cards sell for a lot, and quickly too.

Groups of really good friends have been known to pool together all of their sP in attempt to get the achievement. It's a really tough one though. I don't even think anyone could afford to buy that much CSC to turn into cards, you would need about 943 1000 Credit Gift Cards which would be worth about $9450.

I think one should get a trophie as well as the achievement

The richest user could be frozen and no longer have an account...That would make it easier :p
